The annual Jan Hays Pumpkin Patch is the talk of the town as soon as the leaves begin to change and fall has arrived. Jan donates truck loads of pumpkins to the Sylvan Lake Community Center for the families of the neighborhood to enjoy. In addition, there is delicious food, treats, face painting and the ever so popular blow-up obstacle course. This is one of, if not the most popular neighborhood event of the year! 

Jan designs a yearly calendar to present all the "Familiar Faces of Sylvan Lake". Jan, Melissa and Paul will be handing out the calendars to all residents of Sylvan Lake in December for 2026 calendar year.
